All products contain their own igScript TM reverse transcriptase. igScript TM reverse transcriptase is a recombinant MMLV reverse transcriptase with reduced RNase H activity and improved thermal stability.
[CDNA synthesis kit]
● igScript TM First Strand cDNA Synthesis Kit
This product is a cDNA synthesis kit that uses recombinant MMLV reverse transcriptase with reduced RNase H activity and improved thermal stability. With optimized oligo dT and random hexamer primers, long RNA templates can also be efficiently converted to cDNA.
The kit includes a 5x igScript TM master mix, oligo d (T) 23 VN primer, random hexamer primer mix, and nuclease-free water.

[RT-PCR kit]
● igScript TM RT-PCR Kit
This product is a kit for cDNA synthesis and PCR amplification.
In addition to the reagents from the First Strand cDNA Synthesis Kit, it comes with a high quality hot start Taq DNA polymerase. It is possible to generate RT-PCR products up to 6 kb.

This product is a kit for performing cDNA synthesis and PCR amplification in one step.
The kit includes igScript TM reverse transcriptase and hotstart Taq2x master mix. The Hot Start Taq2x Mastermix comes pre-loaded with all but the primers and templates for PCR amplification and detection of DNA.

This product is a kit for cDNA synthesis and qPCR amplification.
In addition to the reagents from the First Strand cDNA Synthesis Kit, it comes with the igSYBR® Green qPCR Master Mix. This master mix contains all the ingredients needed for DNA amplification in qPCR, except for primers and templates. (Although it contains ROX dye, it can be used in both devices that require ROX correction and devices that do not, due to its low concentration.)

◆ FastAmp ® Plant Direct PCR Kit
A kit for amplifying DNA directly from plant samples without DNA purification. The unique buffer system makes it resistant to plant PCR inhibitors such as complex polysaccharides and polyphenols. The kit has been tested on the leaves and seeds of a wide variety of plant species and can be used for high-throughput genotyping, DNA amplification, and plant genome analysis.
The kit includes the FastAmp® Master Mix for Plant Direct PCR and Plant Direct PCR / Genotyping Solution.
